[Sugar-devel] Proposal held by moderator

Hi everyone. I had actually sent a proposal for Sugarizer measure activity.
But it was held back by moderator due to message size issue. I got a reply
- 'Either the message will get posted to the list, or you will receive
notification of moderator's decision.'

I request mentors to please look into it as the GSOC proposal deadline is
approaching.

I would suggest you to upload your project to a online file bin if your file
size is high, and include the link to your project in the email.
